Shipping Policy
At Whispering Willow Wreaths, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Our shipping methods include USPS and FedEx. We carefully package each wreath to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs for orders below $50 are based on the weight and destination of the package, and will be calculated at checkout. I'm the second paragraph in your Shipping Policy section. We also offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their wreaths sooner. Please contact us for more information on expedited shipping costs and delivery times.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our wreaths and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wreath to start the return or exchange process. I'm the second paragraph in your Return & Exchange Policy section. All returns or exchanges must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wreath was damaged during shipping or there was an error on our part. Once we receive the returned wreath, we will issue a refund or exchange the wreath for a different one of equal value.
